We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. He then helped successfully guide our sale process through (city) regulatory issues, property mgmt vendor delays, a new roof being installed on the building and other challenges. Vinico was always gracious, quick to respond and several steps ahead of all issues. We’re extremely grateful for his effectiveness, knowledge of real estate and a genuine care to handle details (of our home sale) the right way.

The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable.
