Mirtha was always there to answer any question, constantly giving me updates without need of me following up. Her professionalism was excellent. Really took the reins on this listing from always ensuring the house was up to par for showings and also professional pictures were taken to properly show the property’s potential when advertising it. She did multiple showings and also advertised on social media. And as someone who is living in a different area code while selling the property this was all very reassuring.

We are so glad we chose Marilin to help us with our search. She knows the area very well, and, once we gave her our requirements, she immediately went to work to find us prospective homes. We appreciate that she always availed herself for a showing, many times spending most of her day with us as we checked out several houses. The amount of effort and time Melkys put into helping me through the process as a first time home buyer is unbelievable.
