Gale's 30+ years of experience in the local market was a big help in determining where we wanted to look for a home. She gave us insights into the inner workings of the different neighborhoods which helped us identify the neighborhood in which we wanted to live. We met Pamela by chance when my husband selected a house to see from a Zillow listing. She shared with us other listings we may be interested in and we explained we weren’t in a hurry. It could be a year before we found what we liked. Well - 2 weeks later we own a new home and it’s all because of Pamela. She called around on properties that were pending or something we might be interested in. She contacted and set up meetings for us with a GC to discuss remodels. One of the listings that she sent us had a lot of what we were looking for but it was over our budget. I think what makes Pamela so good to work with is that she is not pushy but also doesn’t hesitate to call or reach out to anyone that can provide information on a listing or property. Even if that’s a contractor or decorator that would be helping working with us after the sale.
