We met Pamela by chance when my husband selected a house to see from a Zillow listing. She shared with us other listings we may be interested in and we explained we weren’t in a hurry. It could be a year before we found what we liked. Well - 2 weeks later we own a new home and it’s all because of Pamela. She called around on properties that were pending or something we might be interested in. She contacted and set up meetings for us with a GC to discuss remodels. One of the listings that she sent us had a lot of what we were looking for but it was over our budget. She brought it back to us when she learned from her calling around that the seller was very motivated and willing to take offers. We were able to get the house for 80% of the asking price.
