Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

I’ve worked with Eboni twice now and this time she was able to help me sell a manufactured home! She actually had to go through additional steps to help represent me to sell the home. She also got me in contact to the contractors to renovate the home in order to even get it on the market. I could not have done this all without her and will work with her again!

Darin was very professional through the entire process of selling my old house, and the purchase of my new residence. If I needed to speak to him he was always available, day, night, weekend. Our first contract on my old house fell through due to some repairs that I need to make to the roof. Darin was able to point me in the right direction to get repairs done fast, and effectively so that we could get the house back on the market. I never felt stressed or, unsure during the entire process. Darin always was laid back, calm, and collected. He knew how to handle any situation, and always made me feel comfortable through the process. Moving out of one house and into another is stressful enough.
