This realtor was recommended to us by several colleagues. She is a totally “can do” professional who guided us seamlessly through the home buying process. Like many people, we are busy professionals. Maria gave us plenty of advanced notice, with subsequent reminders at each step in the process. Whatever and however she was dealing with the seller and their realtor was “below the radar” to us, but was obviously very effective. We got the price we wanted, necessary repairs, and a mutually agreeable closing date. All the while she was upbeat, encouraging, patient and above all professional. Just couldn’t ask for a better realtor.
