I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! We had just one week to find a property, and Cindee put together a number of houses for us to view, we made a decision and knowing our time scale she quickly put the offer in, and negotiated after the inspection. Once the sale was completed which went smoothly, she gave us the name of one of her professional handiman, who carried out a list of improvements for us. She also went above and beyond, we wanted to have new laminate flooring, and before the close of sale she asked the homeowners if we could have the flooring delivered as it needed to acclimatize.
