Matt Braswell is excellent to work with. I purchased a house from his open house in 2009. In 2018 sold that house with him as the seller agent. On 4/10/25 I purchased a condo and used him as the buyer agent. 4 of my family members have used him as their agent since 2009. He knows the best roof, siding, floor, HVAC, remodel, and everything house people in the business. My siblings call him for just house maintenance stuff all the time. He makes the buying/selling process as smooth as it can be before and after, purchase or sale. He always has great communication!

John did a great job of communicating with us and instructed us to be patient when the property wasn't exactly what we wanted. John found us lots of options in our area of interest but knew that better options would be available if we could wait (which he knew we could). The right place became available and we were able to close the deal quickly. John's knowledge of real estate and the process was very helpful to us as we just wanted someone to tell us what to do. When we found the right place, he went into overdrive to find out about utilities, restrictions, easements, etc. John is very good at his job and I would recommend him as a real estate agent.
