John did a great job of communicating with us and instructed us to be patient when the property wasn't exactly what we wanted. John found us lots of options in our area of interest but knew that better options would be available if we could wait (which he knew we could). The right place became available and we were able to close the deal quickly. John's knowledge of real estate and the process was very helpful to us as we just wanted someone to tell us what to do. When we found the right place, he went into overdrive to find out about utilities, restrictions, easements, etc. John is very good at his job and I would recommend him as a real estate agent.
