Lori did a fantastic job! She goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best value for the home you are selling. On the purchase of my new home she was able to get me in to see it before it hit the market! There were things that needed to be repaired in both houses and she provided me with a list of contractors that made everything so easy! She made sure all of the inspection items were repaired and handled all the communications. Lori is the consummate professional I was looking for to handle both transactions!

Lori was excellent to work with throughout the sale process. With her guidance and support we sold our house in 22 days. We highly recommend her services.

We had decided on two adjacent 55+ communites in southwest Aurora as our target. We were lucky to have had Lori recommended to us as she lives in one of these communities and does most of her business between the two. As a resident and super-focused local, she knew these two communities extremely well and had plenty of contacts that could help us get additional info. Residing in the immediate area made it very easy to work with her as she was always "just around the corner" when we needed her! She was always very responsive to the multitude of questions that naturally evolve from the home search and buying process. Her experience in the market made the entire process much less challenging. We would definitely recommend Lori to friends or neighbors looking to buy or sell in this area. Thanks Lori!
