Lori was our agent and did an excellent job finding a buyer for us when we moved to Arizona from Heritage Eagle Bend (HEB) in 2022. When we moved back to Colorado, we contacted Lori to help us find a home again in HEB. Lori knows the community inside and out, can answer any and all questions about HEB, and stayed in close contact with us throughout the buying process. Lori helped me sell my parents' house in Heritage Eagle Bend after my father passed away. The house had been somewhat neglected in my parents' later years, so there was a lot of work to be done to get it ready for market. Not only did Lori have a list of vetted contractors, she actually engaged and directed some of them so all I had to do was write a check. I also appreciated her flexibility in market timing as we worked to clear out and prep the house. I never felt like she rushing me to get it done: we wanted to get the house ready for market, but didn't sweat it when the process took a few weeks longer than originally planned. Finally, her connections in the community made the sale fast and easy. She assured me that she had a number of prospective buyers lined up and, sure enough, we had a nice cash offer shortly before we were planning to list it. My 5-star rating doesn't begin to describe the level of support she provided during a difficult time. I can't imagine anyone doing more than she did. For that, I'm deeply grateful.
