When it was time to sell for a work relocation in the Spring of 2025, we went with Kimberly to help us out. Kimberly set a sales strategy and identified priority investments to prepare for a sale. The suggestions were great - improvements for minimal investment. I wish we would have done this years ago. Kimberly worked her network and we had two interested parties prior to the first open house. The pricing strategy was great, and we received a pre-showing offer for $100k above asking, which we elected to take. On top of that Kimberly was able to negotiate a significant no-cost lease-back to allow my son to complete high school and me to identify a new home with minimal gap between leaving DC and arriving in Santa Fe. In Santa Fe, Kimberly was able to leverage her network again to help us find a realtor (Tom Abrams) who was also excellent. All told, it was a great experience and we maximized our value on both ends of the transaction with Kimberly's great work.

Kimberly showed her skill by negotiating a deal with the buyer’s agent on the boundary line. This broke the logjam and paved the way for the settlement to happen. Kimberly was our outstanding agent from start to finish!
