Sundy is a great real estate agent. Although he is newer to the industry, he handles everything with professionalism and integrity. If there was ever a question he wasn’t 100% sure about, he would take the time to find the correct answer and get back to us rather than guessing. We really appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the process. We searched for a home for about three months. We made one offer that wasn’t accepted, but in the end, we found a much better home in the Springfield School District even better than the first property we offered on. Sundy was patient, responsive, and supportive the entire time. We’re very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My home was in PA i had already moved to MS. I was able to trust Roz completely about the entire process and what was going on. The way she marketed the home made buyers wanted to see the home. She provided me with advice to help make the right decision. Due to her hard work, she would go out of her way to make sure the home was ready for showing. She was always professional and available to answer questions if needed.

She handled everything that was involved with the sale of my house including the home inspection and the township requirements. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
