Lauri was amazing, she was there for every little question we had. Lauri always went out of her way to make sure that we had all the available information we needed to address any short comings that we saw and those we didn't see, in both the financial and construction phases of our new home. Then as for the sale of our old home, we couldn't have survived the process without her knowledge, skills and professional handling of our particular situations.

Every single part of my experience was positive. Andrea went above and beyond at every stage from discussing my needs, looking at homes, meeting with builders, comparing different parts of Lewes, participating in the design session for my new home, taking pictures during the build, moving items out of the garage due to a mistake by the PM when a contractor came to do some work, and lending me an air mattress when my bed wasn't delivered in time. I'm sure I missed a few things but you should get the point. Andrea was fantastic!

I have worked with Brian in the past and have referred him to multiple family members, so when I decided to purchase a townhome closer to my children, I contacted him with a long list of requirements. Brian helped me find the right home for myself and as I was renting and my lease was expiring soon, he worked to get me in my new home within 20 days of my offer being submitted. He has a very calm demeanor which helped me a lot during the search and. also during the buying process. He doesn't get flustered and was able to solve or get any hurdles/issues resolved quickly. Nicole was prompt in answering texts, and when needed a phone call was made. She let me know how a particular neighborhood was selling, and helped me with my bid. I loved her relaxed style. I turned away from house after house maybe finding one little thing that I didn't like, but she never lost her patience.
