Rachel from the beginning was thorough, genuine, and flexible with her time! No matter when I had a question she had an answer within usually minutes. If she didn’t know it Rachel had no problem saying so and then taking the time to research. If my husband and I needed a certain time, she did her best to rearrange her schedule to meet our needs! Not only that she made the experience personal took the extra few moments to see how we were doing and inquire about our little ones and their well being.

Rachel was recommended to us and we could not have been any happier. She communicated, set expectations, and made sure we felt comfortable and not rushed every step of the way. There is absolutely no one else that we would ever work with again. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. She made the entire process so straight forward and easy. We wish we had met Rachel sooner and we can’t wait to work with her again.

House hunting in this market was nerve-racking, to say the least, but Rachel made the process much less stressful by supporting us every step of the way. She was flexible and accommodating, especially when we called at the last minute to ask, “Can we go see this house today?” Rachel took the time to answer all our questions and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Thanks to Rachel—and a little good luck and fate—we found our dream home!
