Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

We had a great experience with Jamie. She went out of her way on several occasions to make the transition of selling our home to moving so easy. Even when some issues with the buyers came about Jamie was very knowledgeable and gave plenty of solutions that made us feel comfortable as the sellers. She was so sweet towards our kids too! Definitely recommend Jamie for anyone looking to sell or rent.

Terra played an instrumental role in ensuring my first home sale was smooth and successful. She demonstrated exceptional attentiveness to all of my questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Her guidance in pricing the property competitively contributed to a smart and timely sale. Additionally, her professional staging of the home for photographs was outstanding and significantly enhanced its appeal to prospective buyers. I am confident in choosing Terra again for my next home purchase!

Very polite, and professional. Was ready to fight to ensure the property was in great condition before purchasing.
