She made sure I understood everything that was going on during the sale, and she made sure I had every piece of paper I needed for closing. Having Ruth by my side during this process was so helpful. She knew what questions to ask, she knew answers to my questions, and she knew the market. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
