Nicole is efficient and attentive, and kept me timely informed of changes and needs of the closing attorneys. She also did a great job of keeping me on task to sign online documents. She is extremely professional and likeable, and very easy to work with. She made the process of selling my condo seamless and stress free.

Her knowledge of the market was very helpful in helping me make the best decision of which offer to take. Once my decision was made, she guided me through the closing process, and everything went well. Due to COVID, only the buyer/seller were allowed to attend the closing, however, she made sure she could be easily reached if needed, and when I did have a few questions during the closing, she was there to walk me through.
