Was very pleased with Nicole's knowledge and helpful suggestions in selling my condo. The first day the listing was released I received two offers the very next day. Her knowledge of the market was very helpful in helping me make the best decision of which offer to take. Once my decision was made, she guided me through the closing process, and everything went well. Due to COVID, only the buyer/seller were allowed to attend the closing, however, she made sure she could be easily reached if needed, and when I did have a few questions during the closing, she was there to walk me through.
