When my partner and I told Jo what we were prepared to offer, she said that we could probably get the home for around significantly less than what we were prepared to offer. And she was right - we made a lower offer, and it was accepted. What's more, the house — which we absolutely LOVE — ended up appraising for even more than what we paid. I can't recommend Jo highly enough, and I've already referred several of my friends to her. We're in love with our new home, and it's largely thanks to Jo.
