We had a fantastic experience with Jo!! She was amazing in every way I can think of, and I feel very lucky to have had her as our realtor. Jo listened to our wants & needs as homebuyers, sent us loads of listings that fit our criteria, and was extremely responsive every time we had questions or concerns about the process. She also has in-depth knowledge about the local real estate market, as well as the home-buying process in general. We always knew we were in safe hands with Jo.Perhaps most importantly, she's a great negotiator, and saved us a ton of money on our home. When my partner and I told Jo what we were prepared to offer, she said that we could probably get the home for around significantly less than what we were prepared to offer. And she was right - we made a lower offer, and it was accepted. What's more, the house — which we absolutely LOVE — ended up appraising for even more than what we paid. I can't recommend Jo highly enough, and I've already referred several of my friends to her. We're in love with our new home, and it's largely thanks to Jo.
