I connected with Jo when my partner and I very first started looking at homes. She was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking in and right away she was helpful in teaching us about the different cities and neighborhoods and what it would look like to live in these different areas. She listened to what we were looking for and as we got more serious about our search she consistently sent recommendations based on our needs, always on the lookout for new properties even before they were publicly listed. She advised us on what was worth looking at and always got us in for showings extremely quickly. In the end we made a few offers and it was clear she always guided us in a way that made our offers both reasonable and competitive. She talked with the sellers' realtors to get a feel for what was important to the sellers in an offer and even gave us feedback when she thought we didn't need for our offer to be as high as we originally suggested. We ended up with an AMAZING home that is perfect for us and has more than we imagined we would end up with. So grateful to Jo!
