As someone who had no current knowledge of the home-buying process in New England, Jeremiah walked me through every step from beginning to end. In such a fast-paced market, he took the time to truly listen and understand what I was looking for, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. If he didn’t know the answer to something, he was always quick to find out. He took the time to explain things I wasn’t familiar with, including boilers, sump pumps, and radon readings. He also knew when we needed to move quickly and when we had a little more time to make a thoughtful decision. She was very responsive in all communication and kept me up to date on listings, and what the current state of the contract wss when a home went under contract.
