Joanna was amazing right from the start. As first time home buyers we had a lot to learn about the home buying process. Of course we worried about the neighborhood we would choose, the house we would buy, and how the whole process would go. Right from the start, Joanna helped to make the process an easy one. She found homes that fit what we had our hearts set on, that were in the kind of neighborhood that fit our needs, and that were in a price range we could afford. Joanna was on time to each showing, often had more information on the home for us than even the listing agent was providing, and wasn't pushy in any way. When we found the one we really wanted, Joanna did all the research, going to town hall for records and so on. She was familiar with the town and the pros and cons of the neighborhood. She worked with us and was readily available for the inspections and to answer our questions as they came up. When our lender caused some bumps along the way, Joanna stepped right in to get things back on track and keep the process moving forward. She was a huge part of my wife and I finding our dream home, our forever home. As new parents we are excited to start this next chapter in our lives and we are very fortunate we had Joanna's excellent service to guide us through the process.
