Viviana handled pretty much everything along the way with selling my condo. I'm not sure what realtors are normally expected to do, but I feel like she went above and beyond to help me. She even helped me take out some trash and bring some things to Goodwill because I'm disabled and was struggling to do it myself. Any time I had a question, she responded promptly, and if she didn't already have the answer, she would find it quickly. And I feel like I got a good price on the condo once it had sold. Overall, I'm very grateful that Viviana made the process so easy.

Chris was genuinely invested in helping me purchase my ideal home. I can tell that he loves his job and cares about his clients. He is knowledgeable and professional but also personable with a great sense of humor. He went above and beyond to make sure that I secured my home. When I had a computer glitch, he met me at a coffee shop on the weekend to sign documents. When we suspected that my home had a buried oil tank, he was out there himself with the contractor digging up the yard early in the morning! He made things easier during a stressful time by taking as much off my plate as he could. I felt that he always gave me his honest opinion, and his expertise helped me to negotiate a fair contract.
