Olivia not only went above and beyond for our family but made sure our thoughts were heard with every home viewed. She stayed in constant contact and worked around our busy schedules while making sure we did not miss an opportunity to see a home. Olivia also made sure to work with her connections and community to ensure we had the most information available. I could not have asked for a more genuine and caring agent to carry us through this process. Thanks to Olivia and team we are in our dream home!

My realtor Olivia was the best Communicator in my experience in the business world quick efficient professional kind always smiling always had the time for my Neurosis of asking the same question a thousand times prompt Beyond prompt and just so exceptional that I have been at ease through the whole process with her she made it absolutely a great experience. And I would recommend Olivia Bueno with the bill Heenan group every single time.

I first met agent Olivia Bueno over a year ago, and she kept me up to date about the housing market in New London County. She was courteous, professional and had a lot of patience with this senior, who was living in upstate NY ---and I wasn't sure what would be good fit for me because this is likely the last move I'll be making. Very pleased with her recommendations and help.
