Throughout the entire process, he showed a high level of professionalism and did an excellent job handling both buyer and seller concerns. Whenever challenges came up, he stayed calm, proactive, and focused on finding solutions that kept everything moving toward closing. One thing that really stood out was his ability to think outside the box. He consistently came up with creative solutions to help get our property closed successfully. He also had an impressive network of contractors and handymen who helped us quickly prepare the house and complete needed items before closing, which made the process much less stressful. Kris also did a fantastic job marketing our home. His listing strategy, including Zillow Spotlight, social media posts, and video marketing, generated strong interest and helped our property stand out. We really appreciated his communication, resourcefulness, and dedication from start to finish, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home

Kris is a great communicator, he is proactive, engages and brings all his homework, strategy and information straight forward. As a realtor he knew all the answers to question we might of had and answers to questions we didn't know to ask. He was up early everyday doing his due diligence in moving our process forward.

As a bonus he already has people lined up (that you can change) to help with everything from getting a mortgage, home inspection, and an attorney to help with closing. Chris Maynard was great to work with! I found Chris while I was searching for a realtor located in the Norwich area and I felt like his portfolio aligned closely with the property I was selling. Chris was very quick to respond when I sent my information his way, and the promptness of his responses continued all the way through closing! I didn't feel like it was difficult for me to communicate with him or work with his recommendations for support (attorney, cleaning recommendations, pictures, etc.). He knew how to get things done, even as I was hundreds of miles away. When my renter moved out, Chris was there to represent me as he received the keys from the property manager. He represented me for walk throughs to close out the management side of renting out my property. He did open houses. He took some honestly laughable offers and represented me well as I denied those offers. He did everything I expect a realtor to do, and he did it professionally. Chris knew the area. He knew agents with buyers that would be interested in my style of property. He knew how to use his team to my advantage. I honestly appreciate how Chris made this simple for me, especially since I no longer live near Norwich. I thought the process would be complicated and difficult, but it wasn't. I honestly think the most difficult part was getting my property manager to link up with him- which was all on the property manager. Chris was ready to support immediately, and I am grateful for that. I have no plans on buying property in Connecticut again, but I will recommend Chris Maynard to friends that I still have in the area. If I were to purchase or sell in the area, I would 100% use Chris Maynard again!

Chris is a wonderful realtor! He is professional, kind, and thoughtful. He had a lot of patience with me when I wasn't sure what type of property I wanted to purchase. He spent a lot of time educating me on what the market had and what would best suit my needs. He never made me feel rushed and always went out of his way to help me see showings, even at the very last minute.
