Chris is a high energy, subject-matter-expert in buying and selling real estate. His knowledge, experience, people skills and willingness to do anything for his clients blew us away. He was out ahead of every issue, every speed bump, on the way to getting us the best price and best deal selling our property. He and his team sold our property in record time, they got us offers on the first weekend it was listed using technology, open houses, showings, signage, and networking to other brokers. Chris massively marketed the house, answered every text, every call, and kept us well informed of everything along the way. We would (and will) use him again without hesitation.

If there was an option to rate higher than 5 stars, I would have still asked for more. Chris is by far one of the best people I have worked with in this industry. I’ve never had anyone do what he did to ensure we found the right house for us. His vast knowledge and ability to decipher any issue with the house made him a great asset when searching for a home that worked for us. Than after we found one that met our criteria and our price point, he worked tirelessly to ensure we got it. From multiple calls to the sellers on our behalf and multiple visits during the contract phase, he gave us everything we needed to feel confident in this once in a lifetime opportunity. Chris ensured that we stayed grounded in our approach while also giving us a positive outlook on issues that the home threw our way. With reputable contractors on standby and his positive attitude, there is no other person that I would speak higher of than him. Chris is truly a master in his craft and I’ve recommended him to every person I know if they even mention purchasing a house. If you are looking for someone who will work with you and do whatever it takes to get you the best house for the best price, there is no one out there that does it better than him!

I cannot begin to express how grateful I was to have met and used Chris Maynard as my realtor. What started out as a seemingly simple selling process, gave way to hurdles I never expected. Chris handled absolutely everything with such professionalism and honesty. There were times when I honestly thought this sale was not going to happen. The many phone calls/texts back and forth and in depth discussions/conversations always made me feel like I was Chris’ main priority. I know he had other listings he needed to deal with but he never disregarded any of my questions/concerns. He was extremely helpful and supportive helping me find a new place to live and it worked out. I highly recommend Chris as a realtor if you want someone who is going to put 1000% into the process and see everything (even the tiniest issue), through to the end. I am proud to not only recommend him as a great realtor, but he has become a great friend!

Chris was available, in a era where no one seems to answer their phone, and if he couldn't answer, then he was prompt about calling back. He followed through with what he said he would and got the job done.

Exactly what I was looking for, excellent home and market knowledge without being pushy. Explained the whole process and answered all of my questions without judgement. As a bonus he already has people lined up (that you can change) to help with everything from getting a mortgage, home inspection, and an attorney to help with closing. Chris is definitely one of those "I gotta guy for that" kind of people, which was and will continue to be very helpful. There is a lot of moving pieces in buying a home, he kept everything on track and got me in my new home quickly and with little frustration.

Chris Maynard was great to work with! I found Chris while I was searching for a realtor located in the Norwich area and I felt like his portfolio aligned closely with the property I was selling. Chris was very quick to respond when I sent my information his way, and the promptness of his responses continued all the way through closing! I didn't feel like it was difficult for me to communicate with him or work with his recommendations for support (attorney, cleaning recommendations, pictures, etc.). He knew how to get things done, even as I was hundreds of miles away. When my renter moved out, Chris was there to represent me as he received the keys from the property manager. He represented me for walk throughs to close out the management side of renting out my property. He did open houses. He took some honestly laughable offers and represented me well as I denied those offers. He did everything I expect a realtor to do, and he did it professionally. Chris knew the area. He knew agents with buyers that would be interested in my style of property. He knew how to use his team to my advantage. I honestly appreciate how Chris made this simple for me, especially since I no longer live near Norwich. I thought the process would be complicated and difficult, but it wasn't. I honestly think the most difficult part was getting my property manager to link up with him- which was all on the property manager. Chris was ready to support immediately, and I am grateful for that. I have no plans on buying property in Connecticut again, but I will recommend Chris Maynard to friends that I still have in the area. If I were to purchase or sell in the area, I would 100% use Chris Maynard again!
