Josephine was almost always available via phone, morning or night, even during her vacation. We liked that she worked with a team, so when she was on vacation, another member was able to still show us properties. Josephine was able to provide us good information to give a realistic offer and get the house!
Josephine fought for us on multiple things when buying our home. And she did not give up! We viewed around 20-30 house and just could not find the right one. Once we found it Josephine did not back down from the fight. From communication with the other realtors or just helping understand inspection points. She really worked hard for us to get our dream home. She fought really hard for us with our inspection report to get the most important items on that lists fixed. She did not back down and stayed on top of it all keeping us updated throughout the process. She did an amazing job helping us find our dream home and I would pick her again if I was buying another house !
She was very responsive in all communication and kept me up to date on listings, and what the current state of the contract wss when a home went under contract. Offers were made quickly when a home that fit the specifications were found as well as was patoent in making sure a home was the right fit during the viewings. Very professional and for a first-time homebuyer set a high bar in terms of professionalism, helpfulness, and knowledge of the CT area and homes in general. Always answered questions and helped each step of the way with the home buying process.
