David was a pleasure to work with. Response time to questions within an hour. Very understanding to your personal situation. Arranges things for your scheduled life. Went out of his way to help with details. I can't say enough about having David as my agent. Thank you David for all your hard work.

Matt Rose was an outstanding realtor and made the experience of buying our first home far easier than we ever imagined it could be. From the very beginning, he guided us through every step of the process with patience, professionalism, and a deep knowledge of the market. As first-time buyers, there were many things we simply didn’t know, but Matt always took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we felt comfortable and confident in every decision. What truly set Matt apart was his dedication even after the deal was done. As people coming from the city who had never owned a home before, we suddenly had a lot of small questions and details to figure out. Matt continued to check in, offer advice, and help point us in the right direction for all the little things that come with homeownership. His support made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We are incredibly grateful for his guidance and would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
