If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and honest real estate agent Alex is that guy. I used Alex to purchase an investment property which I am very happy with. It exceeded my expectations. We checked out about 20 properties until we found what we were looking for. I was new to this type of investment so I asked Alex for advice. Whatever he told me it turned out to be true. He is not out there just to make a sale so he can get his cut. He was very patient with me throughout the search. I appreciate that very much. He also introduced me to a good attorney (Adam) who did the closing for me . They are a young team ,very professional and trustworthy. (Not common nowdays)
