Working with Alex was hands-down one of the best decisions I made during my home-buying process. From day one, they were professional, sharp, and on it. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and honest real estate agent Alex is that guy. I used Alex to purchase an investment property which I am very happy with. It exceeded my expectations. We checked out about 20 properties until we found what we were looking for. I was new to this type of investment so I asked Alex for advice. Whatever he told me it turned out to be true. He is not out there just to make a sale so he can get his cut. He was very patient with me throughout the search. I appreciate that very much. He also introduced me to a good attorney (Adam) who did the closing for me . They are a young team ,very professional and trustworthy. (Not common nowdays)

My fiancé and I used Alex when we were looking to buy our first home. As first time home buyers we were very nervous about the whole process and Alex was very patient and kind throughout the whole process and never once pushed us to make an offer we were comfortable with. We ran into an issue with the selling price being above the appraisal value and Alex was able to get the sellers to meet us in the middle to make the purchase possible.
