In April of 2020 I enlisted the help of Matt Rose to find me a few properties to buy and consequently rent them all. Matt delivered! He was very attentive to my needs from beginning to end. He was easy to communicate with and gave immediate response to any question and concerns I had about these deals. Despite being in the midst of Covid-19, Matt helped me to identify and closed on four units in less than forty days. For the second part of our deal, the renting of these units, Matt really delivered! He had all units rented within one week after each closing was finalized. I have never had a realtor to work as effective as Matt has. This could’ve been a very stressful situation to buy and rent multiple units in the age of Covid-19, but Matt made it all work extremely well at a record time. Matt is very professional and most importantly very effective in the real estate world. Without a doubt Matt will be the first realtor that I will call for my next transaction.
