Great communication

This is my third time in the real estate process, this time buying and selling a property under a very quick timeline. Hy was my agent for both properties and she is best in class. She's not only knowledgeable about the market and the industry and gave me expert advice but she also gave me space to make the best decision for me. She's professional, ethical and compassionate and a great advocate for her clients. She was quick to answer my calls and texts and not only helped me navigate the real estate process but also was able to give me referrals of top notch professionals I needed along the way. She made me feel at ease especially in this fast moving market. You can see how passionate Hy is about this work in the ways she talks about her past clients and shares her learnings and experiences. She treat you like she would her closest friends and family.

Madalena possesses every quality one could ask for. Honesty, transparency, diligence, experience, and excellent follow up and follow through. She is very knowledgeable with different programs, and processes. Her strong communication skills and negotiation skills were optimal to securing the best home for my family. I have worked with her several times and she never fails on delivery. Definitely would recommend.
