I had a wonderful experience with Madalena. She is highly experienced and helped me understand how to best prepare the house for the initial listing. She worked diligently and made herself available for every inquiry that was coming in soon after posting, which was GREAT. Madalena kept me informed on everything along the way. We had an offer WAY above the listing price the day after posting it (35k) and strategically kept the house on the market for a week for the 'highest and best' offer .
