My husband and I worked with Alex Pepe when we were moving from Ohio to Connecticut, and honestly, I can’t recommend him enough. He was so thorough in finding properties that matched what we were looking for, and always asked for our feedback so he could narrow things down even better. What we really appreciated is that he wasn’t pushy or “sales-y” at all. He never tried to upsell us, just genuinely listened to what we wanted and focused on helping us find the right home. He also gave us a ton of helpful info about the area and the whole process, which made everything feel a lot less overwhelming. On top of that, Alex is just such a personable, easy guy to get along with—we genuinely enjoyed working with him. Even after we closed, he kept supporting us with great advice and referrals. He connected us with our amazing mortgage broker, Katherine, and an excellent general contractor we’re so grateful for. If you’re looking for a realtor who really listens, cares, and makes the whole experience enjoyable, Alex is 100% your guy.

Very knowledgeable and patient
