When i say not looking for a check i mean Luisa will not let you make a offer to a house she believes would not be convinent for you she looks for all the defaults/details she is definitely not intrested in getting you into any property just to get the sell(check). Luisa is definitely the best in business we appreciate working along with you in our journey.
