I live out of state from where the property for sale was located, so she took care of everything from recommending painters and electricians for getting the house ready to sell, to junk removal companies and a real estate lawyer to handle the sale, she even went to home depot and picked out all new lighting fixtures and kitchen hardware for me. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her and her advice in making my property more desirable for buyers.
