I asked Pam to list my house because she had done a good job listing and selling the house of a neighbor. That house was sold for a very good price. I was very happy with her work. She helped me stage the house and price it at the right level to create the potential for a bidding contest between buyers. And that is exactly what happened. She sold the house for the highest price that any home in the neighborhood had sold for by far. I was very happy with the entire process and extremely happy with the result.
