I was buying a home from another state and he took the time to go "in my place" on several occasions, even placing the internet equipment left outside at the house before I could arrive. He was present at all the inspections, did the walk through for me, and made sure all keys were handed to me in person the following day after closing when I arrived. He even helped me unpack my car!
