I had a great experience working with Paul. I was buying a home from another state and he took the time to go "in my place" on several occasions, even placing the internet equipment left outside at the house before I could arrive. He was present at all the inspections, did the walk through for me, and made sure all keys were handed to me in person the following day after closing when I arrived. He even helped me unpack my car! While many real estate agents are very passive, Paul was actively working on getting my deal through. I recommend having Paul represent you.

Paul was most personable and professional. However, it wasn't the easiest of closings, and we felt that his communication skills could have been a bit better, and he could have facilitated bringing all parties to the table more closely and more proactively.
