I am so happy I hired Pam. She sold my house in under 2 weeks for a great price, much higher than I initially thought I would get. I was thrilled we had so many offers! She is a highly skilled, experienced and trusted realtor who went above and beyond for me. Her years of marketing savvy assisted me in selling my property lightening fast. Her people skills are top notch and she screened every person who put in an offer. Everything went smoothly. I live out of state from where the property for sale was located, so she took care of everything from recommending painters and electricians for getting the house ready to sell, to junk removal companies and a real estate lawyer to handle the sale, she even went to home depot and picked out all new lighting fixtures and kitchen hardware for me. She is passionate about what she does, a genuinely wonderful person who treats you with respect and honesty, plus she always picks up the phone when you call her and her text responses are immediate. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her and her advice in making my property more desirable for buyers.
