Tim was pleasant and engaged in our very first conversation. He listened carefully to my needs and concerns and was reassuring to me. He completely understood my situation and never faltered to provide me the most supportive help. He was with me when the previous tenant’s daughter surrendered the keys and gave me such encouragement when I witnessed how this property had been mistreated. I had begun improvements and renovations in full force because the property was vacated at the beginning of November. To me a very difficult time to do the renovations and still have time to move this property. Most unfortunately I had a very unexpected health emergency that was serious. Tim never missed a beat. Kept me informed and was completely supportive during this most difficult time. Renovations and improvements kept going full speed ahead. I understood what had to be done and Tim understood me as a person. Tim is an extremely accommodating and dedicated realtor with his main focus on his client and their best interests. Without this realtor on my team I don’t believe that I could have been as successful as I was in selling this property. I was able to work with Tim so flawlessly that in the end the success story of this condominium selling in five days and at the highest selling price in the complex which includes two bedroom units in 15 years is absolutely remarkable! The proof is in the result. Everyone was happy. That doesn’t just happen, it takes hard work.
