Having an agent who specializes in helping buyers make the move out of the city made a real difference. She understood our priorities, needs, and was there every step of the way. Beyond the house hunt itself, her network is exceptional. Inspectors, contractors, you name it. She had the right person for every step of the process and every one of them was solid. You could tell these weren't just referrals, she actually knew these people. What stuck with me most was how she treated us. It never felt transactional. She genuinely cared about the outcome and it showed throughout the whole process. If anyone is looking for a real estate agent, Please consider Kim Kendall. She is excellent.. My husband and I used Kim twice in 7 years. First, to help us find our home and then to sell the same home. She went above and beyond both times . When Kim had to sell our home , she was so involved in every aspect of the sale ; from staging our home,to getting professional photos of our place, setting up an open house and then getting a higher price than anyone expected. She was always accessible to answer my many questions. Both my husband and I feel that Kim is one of the best agents out there. We highly recommend her

My husband and I have hired Kim Kendall as my realtor 3 times now. Each experience was a 5. This one was definitely more than a 5. Since this was a long distance move and I could not be in CT for all of the many TO DOs, Kim went out of her way to help me out. Not only is she knowledgeable about the real estate industry, she is extremely helpful when it came to the mortgage process and the laws involved in the closing process.

Kim Kendall is a fantastic realtor. Whether it’s selling, buying or renting her knowledge is superior. The second you are done speaking with her she is already getting your process rolling. Her communication skills allow her to get out in front of issues and get your place top dollar. Her negotiation skills make it easier to come up with a favorable price. Her market knowledge allows her to set a solid base of where the deal should be. She is very thorough with the preparation of your sale by pointing out things that can help move the unit faster. And if there are things that need attention, she has the network to get someone in there immediately. She keeps in touch multiple times weekly to supply new information. During this process you will basically just sit back and let her do her thing. I would highly recommend using her. We have used her multiple times.
