Danny Berger is an extremely knowledgeable realtor with a thorough and detail-oriented team supporting him. From the first phone call getting to know him until the final day of closing, he kept us informed with anything and everything that was going on with the house. His team took gorgeous photos for the listing with professional photographers, not just using a cellphone. They also prepared a video walkthrough feature which was something not all realtors can execute. He repeatedly conducted multiple showings, really getting our house exposure to potential buyers. Truly an outstanding experience. Throughout our lives we've used 4 realtors thus far. The others were comparable to each other. Danny stands in a league of his own and will always be our realtor should we ever need one again. We couldn't be more grateful for all his hard work.

Daniel Berger was a wonderful agent. He was always there when we needed him. Available to answer our many questions. The board of the co-op was giving the buyer of our apartment a very hard time. He always communicated with the board and with our attorney to try and make the process go forward more quickly. You sold our apartment very quickly. The board had the buyer jump through hoops with extra paperwork. You navigated all this wonderfully. We couldn’t thank him enough.
