Mick sold my house, thank God. I said to Mich I will only give you minimum time to sell my house which is 90 days (April) and he said with confidence, I won't need 90 days and he kept his word. I was in a solid contract (May). It was challenging but I really wanted to downsize, and Mich did it for me. I moved out by the end of June. I give Mich high recommendations, I was assured that he is honest and is very experienced and knows real estate, he supported my best interest, he did research in all housing aspects and let me know if renovations were certified by the city. Kelly had helped me with my housing journey for months. I had a difficult ask, since not only did I want farm property, but I needed to be in a specific price range and picky about where the property was located. This continues to be a VERY hard market to buy in, and Kelly went through two purchase attempts with me that fell through, among other visits to properties that didn't work for me.
