Mick sold my house, thank God. I said to Mich I will only give you minimum time to sell my house which is 90 days (April) and he said with confidence, I won't need 90 days and he kept his word. I was in a solid contract (May). It was challenging but I really wanted to downsize, and Mich did it for me. I moved out by the end of June.
