Kelly helped me purchase my first house, sell it, and then buy my forever home with my expanding family. She was the easiest person to work with, making the entire process seamless. She was a great communicator and available anytime she was needed. Was very flexible in houses we saw with times and dates working around mine and my husbands work schedule. I will never use another agent!

Our agent was responsive throughout the process of selling our home, but it often felt as though the buyers’ experience and happiness were prioritized over ours. The one item most important to me—ensuring same-day transfer of funds after closing—was essentially ignored. I spent time coordinating with Lee and our attorney’s assistant, and was assured everything was in place. Unfortunately, the transfer did not occur on the day of closing. When I followed up the next business day, rather than accountability, I was met with blame—delivered rather coldly—even though the team had all the necessary information. While the team is knowledgeable, I left disappointed and uncertain about whose interests they were truly advocating for. If you’re comfortable taking the back seat while attention is directed primarily toward the buyer, this may be the right team for you. If you expect to feel like an equally important part of the process, I would advise taking pause.

My husband and I worked with Alex Pepe when we were moving from Ohio to Connecticut, and honestly, I can’t recommend him enough. He was so thorough in finding properties that matched what we were looking for, and always asked for our feedback so he could narrow things down even better. What we really appreciated is that he wasn’t pushy or “sales-y” at all. He never tried to upsell us, just genuinely listened to what we wanted and focused on helping us find the right home. He also gave us a ton of helpful info about the area and the whole process, which made everything feel a lot less overwhelming.
