The suggestions for things to repair or replace, photographs she arranged and how she listed the property were outstanding. Our agent was responsive throughout the process of selling our home, but it often felt as though the buyers’ experience and happiness were prioritized over ours. The one item most important to me—ensuring same-day transfer of funds after closing—was essentially ignored. I spent time coordinating with Lee and our attorney’s assistant, and was assured everything was in place. Unfortunately, the transfer did not occur on the day of closing. When I followed up the next business day, rather than accountability, I was met with blame—delivered rather coldly—even though the team had all the necessary information. While the team is knowledgeable, I left disappointed and uncertain about whose interests they were truly advocating for. If you’re comfortable taking the back seat while attention is directed primarily toward the buyer, this may be the right team for you. If you expect to feel like an equally important part of the process, I would advise taking pause.
