Kelly had helped me with my housing journey for months. I had a difficult ask, since not only did I want farm property, but I needed to be in a specific price range and picky about where the property was located. This continues to be a VERY hard market to buy in, and Kelly went through two purchase attempts with me that fell through, among other visits to properties that didn't work for me. Kelly helped me consider multiple avenues of making offers on the homes that were good fits, emphasizing the pros and cons for me as a buyer for the different approaches. She is VERY good at this, while ultimately leaving the decision up to me. This was an antique home/farm property, so there are numerous things to consider compared to buying a more recent (say last fifty years) home. Geoff is the man. The house man! He was excellent and helping me navigate my first time home buying experience. He is careful and made sure all my questions were answered even the dumb ones. He was always on time and was with me every step of the way. When I found my dream house he did everything to make sure the house became mine.
