Joe responds instantly to communications, obviously has the respect and regard of other brokers in the area, has a wide network of contacts and professionals in the and knows the Lyme/Old Lyme area very well as a lifelong resident, all of which is extremely helpful to new buyers in the town, not only for evaluating a potential property but also after sale work. Plus he is just a very good guy. Highly recommended.

I have bought and sold over 13 homes in last 8 years. Most of this was accomplished in NC where I currently live. After a few searches for a real estate agent, I discovered Joe. And he turned out to be a gem!!!! You can not ask for better. One of the first homes I looked at was not that great. After Joe walked me through the house (via facetime since I'm in NC), he even agreed with me that this would not be a great property due to circumstances that belonged only to that one property. I'm grateful for his honesty. This gave me trust in his abilities. Finally, I found a property that was close to my sister. The challenge was I actually put an offer down first on a new house and it was accepted... this was before my current beach home was even on the market. And this is where Joe showed me who he truly is....an honest, hard working, genuine person. He truly cared about all aspects of my purchase and sale. Knowing we had 3 or 4 days to get my old home on the market, we were also up a deadline so this could be a 1031 exchange....I flew up to CT and Joe met me at my old home. He helped me power wash my house and edged my yard, while I mowed. He helped me move furniture so it would look nice during the showings. And got the word out that my home was up for sale. This little house was not a big profitable sale at all. Yet, Joe put forth more effort that was on his personal time to help me in this endeavor. He got the house in a bidding war and I got what I hoped to receive from the sale. Not only that, he got the closing to happen one week before I closed on the new beach house. THUS....we accomplished the 1031 exchange in order and on time. Experience tells all... Joe's experience and knowledge of the market (especially in the community I bought and sold in), really stood out. Actions speak louder than words. I felt protected in the process even though I was in NC. I am grateful! I will always use Joe as my agent!!! I am grateful!!!
